Relax in this lovely, quiet 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment inside our brand new home. The apartment is furnished and fully appointed with an efficiency kitchen including a full size refrigerator, a convection microwave and electric cooktop. The apartment does not have an oven or dishwasher. We are located in the quaint town of Erie, Colorado, where you will enjoy all the comforts of home with easy access to Boulder, Longmont and Denver. You have a private entrance, and a porch to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with mountain views! All utilities are included in monthly rental rate. We do not allow pets due to allergies of the permanent residents. The space is not shared however is an apartment within our home so some noises of daily living will be present. There will not be anyone living in the space above the apartment however there is one wall that is shared to the main home. Parking is free on the street in front of the home. We do not allow smoking anywhere in the home or on the property. We are looking for someone to treat the apartment as a home and be respectful of neighbors and the home owners. We are always available for questions or concerns or to point out favorite restaurants and things to do in the area.
