This apartment has an ATTACHED GARAGE, two spacious bedrooms, very spacious living room and one bathroom. The kitchen has a large pantry with hook ups for washer and dryer (we will include the washer and dryer for keeps if sub-leaser wishes so, works very well). It is second floor with a large balcony. The monthly rent is $820. There is a very nice gym, club house and pool. We have been overly satisfied with our stay here. May come and visit at anytime.
