Absolutely breathtaking in the summer, autumn, winter and spring! This gorgeous single family, non-smoking home on the shores of Cayuga Lake has five bedrooms (one of which is very spacious with 450 sq. ft.), three bathrooms, a separate shower area on the ground level with access to a large lawn and garden with a fire pit, sauna, and more. The daylight basement apartment's living room also has a double futon which can easily serve as a 6th bedroom. In addition to the bedrooms, with king, queen and double sized beds, the living rooms have large futons and a spare mattrass so the house sleeps up to 21 if needed. (But if you come alone or as a couple, the place is still fabulous and affordable; I used to live there year round). The main living area has 24 foot high cathedral ceiling and glass front facing the lake for a spectacular view. The adjacent dining area also looks out on the lake. And the home us surrounded by 50 acres of woods; great strolls and playing for kids.
