Lease Terms: $2550 per month for a one year lease, $2650 per month for a 6-month lease. No smoking. Pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis (certain breeds disallowed by insurance, or at our discretion) and incur separate non-refundable pet fees. We require first month's prorated rent + $3000 security deposit due up front. It is a $35 lease application fee per adult application. We look for stable, verifiable income, responsible rental history, and good credit. No felonies or prior evictions. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn care.
