Large (900 sq feet) mother-in-law suite with it's own private kitchen, office or living space, and private bathroom in a 5 bed 4 bath house (3600 square feet). This is basically the same as a studio apartment, but there is no private entrance and there is a yard for you to share which can be nice when hosting people. There are 3 other housemates that live upstairs and have a separate kitchen and living room. The ground level space has the main kitchen and living room and this floor separates your space from the other bedrooms, and allows for more privacy for you. I want the house to feel like your own.
