Private room. Hardwood floor. Very sunny. Private bathroom not attached to room. You would share the house with me and my two dogs. The house is small, 1200 sq ft. Non-smokers only. No drugs allowed. I do not drink but I do not mind if you have a drink or two periodically. Conspicuous consumption will not be tolerated and can result in termination of lease. One off street parking space is available for use by tenant.
