On 23 June 2016 half of South Lake, Lake Isabella, Ca, was caught in a wild fire and burned, including our home. We lost everything in our lives, barely escaping with our lives. This area had never seen a wild fire before and is not prone to seeing one again due to the natural surrounding terrain. However, the land and location itself is still beautiful. It is ready to be rebuilt upon and right next to Lake Isabella. It has an ever so slight downgrade to the north thus giving it an excellent level location to build a home or place a Manufactured home with a wonderful view. The area is backed up by the mountain immediately to the south. Water, electricity, propane service from competing companies, and communications companies for TV, Internet, and phone are all available at the property. To the best of my knowledge the septic tank is still intact and ready to be used. We have since moved to another location due to the heartbreak of our loss and would like to sell the property as soon as possible to acquire the funds to finish our new home as we attempt to rebuild our lives. I will leave some of the old photos to give potential buyers an idea of the layout of the land. Most of the original chain link fence is still intact. There is both east end and west end entrance gates on the south end of the property on Fremontia way. A large Fruitless Mulberry tree next to the west gate. Obviously the home and garage is now gone. The property is the third lot on the right from the corner of Fremontia Way and Goat Ranch Road, on Fremontia. Remember, the photos seen here are before the fire. None of the structures now exist. This property is well worth seeing and dreaming upon. It can come true. Anyone seriously interested can contact me at 661-330-7629.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
