An additional bedroom is available for an additional $400/month and is ideal for a private home office, workout room, or extra storage. Shared spaces include full access to the kitchen, living areas, and laundry, all maintained in a clean, calm, and well-organized home. Terms & Policies Minimum stay: 60 days Preferred term: 3-6 months (month-to-month available after initial term with notice) Rent due on the 1st of each month Security deposit required prior to move-in Application fee required for screening Utilities (Included in base rent): Utilities and high-speed internet are included with reasonable use.
