This is the right side of a duplex shotgun style house. The left side is occupied by a retired lady and her brother, who have been there for over 10 years! We recently (August) painted the inside and outside, replaced the bathroom floor, and dishwasher and washing machine. The washing machine is a nice Samsung large capacity washer. The house opens with the living area, then the first bedroom, the bathroom, the second bedroom, the kitchen and then the smaller back bedroom. The heat is economical gas heat from wall heaters, and the ac's are energy efficient, quiet wall units. The stove is also gas. There is a shed in the fenced back that provides some storage space and serves as the laundry room. Tenant pays all utilities and the monthly water bill is paid by the other side of the duplex and split monthly. No new water account required. Small pets are allowed and owner must meet any dogs. Pest control is the owners responsibility and we have an exterminator contract for regular spraying. All repairs not caused by negligent tenant damage, are the responsibility of the owner, and we have regular maintenance people available. Rent is due on the first of each month and late fees are charged for unpaid rent by that date.
