The complex itself has a unique, serene look and feel as there are extensive Redwood trees charmingly spread throughout. Pets are allowed, and the neighbors are very welcoming and respectful. Amenities include a garage, fitness centers, two pools, several on-site laundry rooms, and even a sauna room! It is a very safe area as well, I've never heard or seen any crime in the complex or street which was a major plus for me.
