It is within walking distance of Fort Walton Beach Medical Center and about 15 miles from Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field. Would be perfect for someone in healthcare or military. Must love dogs, as I do have one. No couples or other animals will be permitted. $1000 includes all utilities including washer and dryer. A lease will be required for a minimum stay of six months and one day. If the tenant moves out prior to the natural expiration of this lease, a re-rent levy of $1250 will be charged to the tenant.
