    Up for sale is this 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 ½ car garage 1800 square foot Ranch Home. One of the bedrooms was changed into first floor laundry but could easily be changed back. This home is an open floor plan with a wood burning insert. We updated most everything about a year ago. Master bedroom has two closets with one of them a walk in. The two bathrooms were recently completely redone including quartz countertops and some handmade maple cabinets. The master bedroom and living room had carpet replaced while the laundry room, kitchen, hallway, and partial living room received new Pergo flooring. The kitchen was replaced with solid handmade natural maple cabinets. The stainless-steel appliances are in good condition and will stay with the home. They include the refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. To make this home more efficient we had added blown in insulation to the attic with a R-30 value, installed vinyl vented soffit, replaced all the windows, except the bay window, added recessed LED lighting, and installed a Pella rear sliding glass back door. There are two heating sources for this home which is oil hot water baseboard and a wood burning insert. We used the wood insert as a primary source and would keep the house easily at 72 degrees. It does not have central air but has one main wall unit in the living room area. With all the improvements we’ve done it stays very comfortable in there. We also run a window unit in the bedroom, but we like it cold. The oil burner is a New Yorker, well maintained, and in good working condition. This is public water and sewer but does have a well for outdoor watering needs. The roof is in good condition but not sure when it was installed. 4” downspouts were added since it’s a large roof and ice melt was installed on the sides and rear of the house just to help out with those snowy wintery days if needed. The basement is unfinished and is approximately 600 square feet. This can be easily finished if one would want to. On the outside you walk out from the dining room onto a 20’ x 20’ composite deck with a fire pit to the side. It is a flat back yard that faces a wooded lot that is clean and green. This is not part of the property, but no one will be able to build back there. Now and then you will have deer passing through, but they mainly stay in the woods. The front has a mild slope to it but is easily done with a push mower. The lot is ½ acre and includes a 12’ x 28’ shed for all your lawn and garden needs. Number listed or 717-679-7972
