A great Starter home for a small family or couple. We use one bedroom as a home office and the other as a guest/craft room. The lawn is small enough to take very little time to mow, but large enough for kids to have fun. The detached garage easily fits both our cars and a decent amount of storage and as an added bonus it's a deduction on insurance. We've essentially kept the house as it was built so it is a blank slate for someone looking to put their personal touch on a home. When it was build we chose $30K in upgrade options over the standard package for this neighborhood. Neighborhood Description This corner of Redmond ridge is quiet and there isn't a lot of traffic. There is a park with a large field, play ground, basketball hoop, and soccer net. There are multiple walking trails and we often enjoy evening walks in the summer through the neighborhood. The commute to Microsoft is just 9 miles and Union Hill road is close enough to provide two easy routes to the rest of the east side. With dining, 2 banks, 2 Gyms, a QFC, and multiple restaurants a couple miles away on Novelty Hill you rarely need to drive all the way into Redmond. Though when you do Whole Foods and the Redmond Town Center are just 6 miles away.
