We are moving out of state at the end of this month for a job offer in Virginia and will be leaving our beloved apartment and neighborhood behind! We love all of the windows in the apartment, the hardwood floors and the large sized bedroom and living room area. The neighborhood is family friendly and 2 blocks from the J train, a block from the Q10, near the E/F, and close to the Kew Gardens LIRR station. The apartment is on the top floor and it is a quiet building. They recently put in all new washers and dryers in the laundry room on the first floor of the building. There are parking spaces available in the lot behind the building for an additional lease but parking in the area is generally easy.
