Over the last 30 years that I have owned this property I have had only three tenants. One tenant stayed quite a while because he was wheelchair-bound and found that a one level townhome with no stairs suited him well. The second tenants were an elderly couple who felt the same way. After staying there for 10 years, the last tenants decided to retire and move to be near their children. The lack of stairs wasn't an issue for them. They just liked living there, and they liked having a landlord that was easy to get along with. HOA pays for water. Renter pays for gas, electric, and internet. Two sets of keys and two garage openers are included. One pool and spa key is included. If a second pool and spa key is requested, the refundable fee will be charged at the HOA rate.
