Hi everyone, I am moving out of my current living situation and I am looking for someone to take over the lease (ends December 2025). The property is a privately owned 2 bed and 1 bath condo/apartment in association with Davidson Realtor Inc. Looking for someone to move in at the start of May as I plan to vacate as soon as I can. The space is LGBT friendly, but there are already pets there (2 rats) and there cannot be more. Rent is $625 ($1250 split between two people) with utilities being around $80 per person depending on the season. Couples are welcome and would be offered the larger room. Individuals would be offered the smaller room. Please let me know if you are interested! Completion of an application (free) is required to establish that you qualify for the space. No smoking inside. Lease ends 12/25.
