From the moment you step inside, you will be greeted with an abundance of natural light, high ceilings, and an open floor plan that allows for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The house is furnished with everything you need. We also have commercial grade air purifiers & electric car charging outlet. The house features four beautifully designed bedrooms and three and half of luxurious bathrooms, making it the perfect space for families. The master suite is especially noteworthy, featuring a king-sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a soaking tub. Step outside and soak up the California sun on the large backyard that is completely private, equipped with comfortable outdoor resort style seatings. Two more bedrooms sharing a jack and jill bathroom is upstiars, each outfitted with a queen sized bed. Downstairs bedroom is used as an office with a queen size sofa bed and an en suite bathroom. Our family has cherished this home as our vacation home in LA, and we are looking for those to take care of the home as their own. Renter pays for utilities during their tenancy. One owner's closet will be locked and off-use for tenants. No pets allowed.
