Our office application fee is $60 per adult or $60 per married couple, we check for criminal records, evictions, and credit collections. Our process only takes a few business days depending on cooperation of owner and tenant. Once approved by the owner then we send off application to the association. Their application fee is $49 per adult and then a leasing fee of $100. They check for criminal records and require a credit score of 630 or higher. Once approved by our office you will be required to turn in a deposit to hold the property off the market. The full deposit is $1100 but we will accept a min of $500 to hold during the association approval time and then once approved by them the rest of deposit will be required before move in. If denied the deposit will get returned.
