We are a family looking to rent our great basement. Basement has separate entrance with parking in driveway. Utilities are all included (high speed internet, electric, water, trash). Basement has 3 bedrooms with a private bathroom with shower. Master basement bedroom has closet and large egress window. Small private kitchenette includes full fridge, sink, microwave, hotplate, and cabinets as well as washer and dryer. No pets or smoking allowed on the property (we do have little ones). Price is firm and deposit and 1st month's rent must be paid before move-in no exceptions. All interested will also need to have an in-person interview and provide and application with work/employment and rental history with references. Unit would be ideal for 1-2 people and is available Oct. 1st. 10 month or year-long lease required, and it would be great if you plan to stay in the area long-term.
