Utility room with washer & dryer. Nice big front porch, private side patio, small outside shed for storing lawn equipment. Freshly blacktopped driveway. Off street parking for multiple vehicles in driveway (only licensed, operating vehicles please). Fenced in back yard. Schools within walking distance (Bishop Ready, Briggs, Franklin Heights). It's a quick bike ride to Westgate Park. COTA Line 9 stop is a couple blocks away and I-270 access is pretty quick. Renters pay all utilities (electric, gas & water).
