The house is one level with very good ADA access. It's freshly painted with new vinyl flooring throughout. New dishwasher and nearly new refrigerator. Draperies in kitchen and dining room. Utility room with washer & dryer. Nice big front porch, private side patio, small outside shed for storing lawn equipment. Freshly blacktopped driveway. Off street parking for multiple vehicles in driveway (only licensed, operating vehicles please). Fenced in back yard. Schools within walking distance (Bishop Ready, Briggs, Franklin Heights). It's a quick bike ride to Westgate Park. COTA Line 9 stop is a couple blocks away and I-270 access is pretty quick. Renters pay all utilities (electric, gas & water). Existing house-trained dogs only, no new pets will be permitted after the lease is signed. Rent includes pet fee. Renters will be responsible for lawn care and snow removal.
