Hello, I am in the process of moving in with my partner and as such will be subletting my studio. It is in a great building managed by Reside Living in the Buena Park Neighborhood. This is a court yard building and the unit is located on the second floor. The building is very quiet, has great security, and the neighbors are friendly (but not invasive). There is abundant street parking, available right in front of the building (I rarely have to circle the block or be more than a block away). I have been in the building now for over a year and I have been very impressed with the quality of living. If I were to continue living alone, I would not think twice about staying in this place. I am in the process of packing and will be getting pictures together as I go. In addition to the sublet I will be posting the majority of my furniture and some other household items for sale as I start to show the place. Whoever sublets gets first pics and favorable pricing on anything I don't have to move. :D The rent is $1115 a month and the lease ends in July of next year. There is WIFI in the building, dedicated internet is available from RCN and Comcast. The laundry room is extremely clean, is paid for via credit card and can be monitored on the buildings website. There is a gym for your use located a two block walk away in another Reside building that is very convenient and has been a money saver for me (and my house sitter when I am traveling)! Must pass a background check and provide income statements to Reside in order to be approved. There is a $50 charge for processing the background check. If you purchase furniture from me, I will reimburse the fee upon approval by Reside. There is a pet fee due for dogs, I have a rabbit and was not required to pay a fee.
