Copper Ridge Properties LLC does allow homeowners to move their home to one of our vacant lots. Lot rent is $600 per month and does include garbage disposal. Homes must be 1990 or newer and have a pitched roof. Homeowner must submit exterior photos for final approval prior to moving the home. All tenants 18+ must fill out a park application and be approved. Homeowners must follow breed restrictions for animals. Transport and set-up cost will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
