In an orchard near Graton, this is an original Tiny Tumbleweed built by Jay Schafer, plus a connected addition currently used as a living/dining room. The addition has a futon couch that folds out to be a queen bed, and a screened-in porch overlooking the orchard. Go through a hallway to the Tiny Tumbleweed. The TTW has a queen size loft, a kitchen, and a full plumbed bathroom with bathtub. There is storage, an on-demand water heater, a propane stovetop and an electric convection toaster oven. A shed along the outside of the TTW contains a large washer and dryer. Outdoors are a large, beautiful treehouse, mature fruit trees, a variety of berry bushes, raised beds, and redwoods and an orchard in back. The house has its own driveway and carport. (Of interest: The TTW was built for someone whose house was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. She hauled it to Louisiana from Sebastopol. It was later bought by a couple who lived in it with their son in upper state NY and eventually brought it back to Sebastopol. Rent includes electricity, garbage and water.
