They have been fully remodeled and upgraded inside and out, with tile floors, granite countertops and designer lighting and fixtures. Rent- $1,995 Security Deposit- $1,000 We are a pet-friendly community with an additional $40 rent per pet per month, a $300 pet deposit per pet, and a limit of two pets per unit.
