Very quiet, the Cook School across the street is the best in the City. The park is great for kids and walking the dog. Its the beginning of an area in Plainfield called Sleepy Hollow and it is a great community to live in. The train station (Netherwood stop on the NJT Raritan line) is within short walking distance from the house if you dont feel like driving. The cross street is Leland Avenue which is close to shopping and Fast food locations. The police routinely park across the street at the Cook School to check for the occassional person driving to quickly down Leland Avenue, and the crossing gard stands in front of your house daily during the school year.
