Close to beach, schools, bus, Ream Field and North Island Naval Station. Possible room for boat, trailer or camper storage for additional rent. Renter pays own utilities: water, gas/electric, trash, cable/phone about $220 per month or less. Previous renters had mold concern. We responded immediately, addressed and corrected the problem. Neighborhood Description This is a quiet bedroom community on the beach. There is little traffic on most of the streets so bicycling or walking to the beach or the Tijuana River delta south of the city is a favorite activity. Coronado with its upscale shops is a 10 minute drive north and Mexico is a 20 minute drive south. The transit system runs down 9th St and can take you directly into Coronado and downtown San Diego. This house is far enough from the beach that you do not have to worry about beach parking issues, but close enough to walk there 1 1/2 miles.
