Parking is available on site. There is an option to rent a garage if needed. This unit comes with brand new carpet throughout with tile floor in both the kitchen and bathrooms. You will come into the condo with working dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, along with a washer and drier. If you are serious about this great condominium. Background and financial checks will be completed, and must be passed for consideration for renting. You pay utilities and the owner will pay the association fees. (That means you will not need to shovel or cut grass!) Rent is required by the first of each month. (Do not apply if you can not afford to pay rent each month by the first.) We want quiet renters that will take good care of our condo. Required: First month rent ($1,200), + $2,400. security deposit ($3,600 total).
