There are two further bedrooms (both twin rooms) to the other side and these share the fourth bathroom, with a games area situated just off the galleried landing. Downstairs in the open plan family area you will find the fully equipped kitchen which is a black and white with granite worktops and breakfast bar, with a nook which looks out over the pool. There is a large cable TV in the family room and WI-FI throughout so that you can keep in touch with loved ones at home. There is an additional w/c downstairs, just off the lounge. The sitting room which is ideal for those quiet times when you fancy a bit of peace and time out, is furnished to the highest standards and a beautiful place to take five minutes away from the rest of the house. There are two further master bedrooms downstairs, one double with en-suite with direct access to the pool area, the other, a twin room with full disabled wet room which includes a shower chair. All bedrooms have flat screened TV with cable. Additional sleeping for two people can be found in the lounge where one of the sofas in the family room becomes a double bed. All towels and bed linen are provided and there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience. In the bathrooms of the Master Bedrooms you will find Hair Straighteners and travel plugs to assist you in your stay. There is air conditioning throughout, as well as ceiling fans for additional comfort if needed, also a telephone which provides free local calls. Sorry no pets The villa is conveniently situated close to Disney World, local amenities as well as the other many local Florida attractions. There are supermarkets close by such as Publix and Walmart, as well as Pharmacies Walgreens and CVS. Within a short distance you will find a large selection of restaurants, take-aways and diners.
