I rent to traveling professionals. My minimum stay requirement is 28 days and maximum stay is 90 days. I require a copy of your work contract to verify your employment. The room for rent is in my home and the bathroom is sometimes shared. I have a modern home on a busy street near shopping, churches and hospitals. Easy access to the 99 freeway. Driving distance to national parks. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located location.We love hosting and hopefully you will enjoy our permanent residents. Zoe, a standard poodle, Kalani, a Siamese cat and Mercy , a border collie. In the summertime you can enjoy our backyard and have a swim in the pool. I have a lease that will be emailed and signed or signed in person. My contract is either month to month (28 days) or 90 days.
