Let's use the North end of the house for a huge combo dining room and library/study. No, I'd rather use that space as our recreation room with that great private deck just outside. It overlooks the fenced yard, you know. But what about the gigantic living room with wood burner... don't we want that to be a combo dining/family room? Well, I was just thinking about the 3 full baths... what a luxury that will be. So do we use the main floor bedroom suite for the master or enjoy that neat room upstairs. Goodness, it's hard to decide how to use all this space. Did you see they have a relatively newer roof, well pump & tank, furnace, central air, water heater, electrical wiring, & flooring? Won't it be nice finally having a main floor laundry? Honestly, I like the kitchen the best with a great snack bar, built-in desk, pantry, and plenty of counter space. We can kick out awesome meals for family & friends there, for sure. OMG, we haven't begun talking about those 1.86 acres.....
