A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property, and no fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine will be imposed for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
