House will be painted. washing machine and gas dryer will be provided at onset. But renter will be responsible for upkeep/ repairs or for buying as her own property when they are no longer functioning. (at that time, owner will no longer be responsible for providing washer and dryer.) But a Gas dryer must be used in this house, not an electric one. Dog will be considered after owner meets and approves of dog. Renter must show proof of renters insurance. Renter is responsible for replacing all LED bulbs in house as they go out. Renter is responsible for upkeep of yard, trimming of shrubbery, and general upkeep of house as though it were his/her own ( trimming ivy, mowing, etc)
