You wont find cheaper rent than $300/month in Blacksburg. I just graduated and got a job I need to move for so I need to find someone to take over my lease. The lease goes through the summer and is available at any time now, the sooner the better! Great location in Rutherford Townhomes, right on the bus stop, close to campus, very central location- especially for the money. Washer/dryer in the apartment, heat/ac, huge open kitchen and living room with den. Apartment is 4 BR 3 BTH. Other people living here are great and really easy to get along with (quiet and clean).
