This park model with a addition is a cheap way to have a place at the lake. This is a seasonal place, water gets turned off in late fall. This home had a new metal roof installed in 2021. It did leak prior to that, relay on our own inspections for any possible mold. Current owners have found none. Bath room ceiling will be replaced before closing. Sellers are also giving 1,000 allowance for carpeting. Home is a 1989 Quail Ridge not sure when addition was built.
