Price includes electric, and water, cable and internet. There is a dumpster provided for your trash. There is a shared laundry room with a change machine provided. No pets. No smoking. We do a background/credit check that is an upfront charge to you of $45. Must have at least a 650 credit score and pass a background check to apply. Tenant must sign a one year lease. $600 security deposit and $600 first months rent due upon signing lease agreement. You must be 20 or older to rent these apartments.
