There are two homes on the property (23 acres). I live in the main home and the rental property is located 150' from the main home. Both have access up a 1000' paved/gated private road. This rural property is supported by a rural fire department that is within 3 miles of the homes. There is a rural communications company that can provide internet access if you choose to pay for the service. Satellite television is available. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Electric, water, gas and trash will be held under the owners name and the renter will be billed the utility provider amounts.
