It is also close to I-89 and Route 7, making for trips to the mountains or through the Champlain Valley convenient. The house is a 1950's style three bedroom ranch with lots of light in a small, friendly neighborhood. The three bedrooms (or two bedrooms and an office) each have a lot of light (one is carpeted). The upstairs galley kitchen has a breakfast nook as well as a small dining room. The finished basement has a bathroom, washer / drier and space for entertaining. The backyard feels secluded with cedar hedges and a nice area for sitting, next to the three season porch/mudroom (though it is not fenced). Leases are 9-12 months .
