It is numbered "A-24" which is on the "A" Dock in Slip #24. The Dimensions of the boat slip is 12' x 32'. This slip does NOT have a boat lift. There is also a PWC Slip for wave runners and jet skis. It is PWC Slip B-18, which is located on the end of Dock B. IMPORTANT: Seller does not intend to pay realtor fees or commissions. Any such related fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
