Nothing to do but move in and enjoy the remodeld kitchen and bathrooms-clean house with fenced yard that is flat and has a storage shed and lots of sunshine coming in from the south. The schools are great in the Franklin-Pierce School District, all are pretty close by as is shopping, the library and freeway access (the popular PLU higher education campus is nearby too!). It takes about 1 hour to get to Mt Raininer but there are other places such as several lakes for recreation within 5 min driving distance plus a community center.
