Freshly painted 700 sq. ft. detatched studio in a private home. The studio has a full kitchen, a full bath, off street parking for one vehicle, and dedicated laundry. The space is partially furnished and has a private entrance. All kitchen appliances are new, and we live within 2 miles of the Oaks Mall. We do live in the main house but the studio space is in a detached building so there aren't any adjoining walls. We are open to renter having a dog because we board dogs, so rental applicant must love dogs, because they do bark and sometimes at early hours. Renter is also welcome to use the pool and the bbq in the yard. $2,200. deposit and $250. per pet deposit is due at time of signing. A $150. non refundable cleaning fee is also due at time of signing. There's no smoking allowed in the unit. Smoking in the yard is ok, but tenant cannot leave cigarette butts on the ground as we board dogs and they will eat them. Tenant must love dogs because we board them and they will bark when people and dogs come into the yard. Sometimes this happens early in the morning. Tenant entrance is protected from the dog yard, but tenant must be extra careful not to ever let dogs out of the yard.
