    Wonderful home in a fantastic family neighborhood. In 2020 a new $30,000.00 roof was installed on the home. In 2021 small back yard was installed with concrete to build a $6500.00 8 x10 storage building. Also in 2021 a $6000 modern wooden fence was installed around the back and sides of the home and all new high end appliances were installed in the kitchen. The bathroom was gutted and rebuilt with marble walls floor to ceiling; walk-in whirlpool tub; new Toto efficiency toilet; new contemporary vanity and natural stone flooring. The kitchen was also touched with new maple base and upper cabinets; 3 CM granite counter tops custom cut from a single slab; Centech under-mount stainless sink with disposal, custom spice rack, and excellent storage. Kitchen appliances are all electric except for stove which is gas. The home has natural Travertine stone floors in the Great room, Living room, Kitchen, & Den with new flooring in bedrooms. All windows have been updated with Energy Efficient Hurricane rated double pane Low-E vinyl windows. Home has new Fiberglass entry and Patio doors. Insulation was installed for all exterior walls and ceiling joists. The vaulted ceiling insulation utilizes sheet radiant barriers combined with R-19 Fibergalss batting in the roof rafters (when the home was purchased; there was no exterior insulation and only blown-in cellulose above the ceilings). Trane commercial 3-ton HVAC system was professionally installed by a Trane certified HVAC company. The HVAC system has been meticulously maintained with regular servicing. The most recent service was early Fall 2020. The roof was replaced in 2019 with a new metal roof. Subterranean drainage routes rain water from the roof downspouts out to municipal drainage. Outdoor 8' x 10' storage building with radient barrier in rafters. Installed in 2020. The property is beautifully landscaped and there are many other unique features like a backyard purgola and a new modern wooden fence, installed in 2020, that set this home apart from others to make this a warm, inviting place to call home.
