This house was purchase in August 2018 and the house was totally gutted. Update house had a plumbing issue form past tenant so all new drainage under house as well as all new flooring , tile , vinyl and carpet as of 9/1/2025 All new windows, doors, electrical, water heater, blackout blinds every door handle and electrical outlet.. We even had a new gas meter moved to the house and the central heat and air system is only 6 years old and only use for 1 summer.. The kitchen has been 100% all redone new cabinets and all new appliances.. A 100% total renovation except for the roof. 2-3 year lease.. I live in Colorado Springs and don't want to have new people in every year.
