Carpet in the living room, hallway and all three bedrooms will be replaced or their is a possibility for reduction in rent in lieu of replacement. There is a separate living room and family room, The photos don't show the bedrooms well. The bedrooms are 12'x12', 12'x11' and 12'x10'. A large covered patio allows use of the back yard in both rain and shine. The last tenant didn't water properly and the landscaping has suffered. I plan to reseed the lawns and do some other landscaping.
