I have owned this since preconstruction 2005 and have always had good renters. I rent well below market rate to ensure tenant has good credit and good rental history. This is a great place if you qualify with good credit history, no background issues, solid rental history. All tenant applicants must provide last three months of official paystubs and have previous landlord reference. Prefer someone with a career that shows financial stability. You will not find a one bedroom with this view in midtown at this price. One bedroom at Spire, one of the nicest high rises in the center of the heart of Midtown. 24/7 concierge, pool, gym, community room. Dedicated garage parking space with electric charger in your space. Washer Dryer. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows on one of the highest floors overlooking midtown. Gorgeous at night. Large walk in closet and large bathroom. Well designed layout with private balcony off of the living room. This layout IMO is the best for a one bedroom at Spire- it has a dedicated living room with the balcony right off the living room, with your bedroom private. Other layouts in Spire can feel like a large hotel room with your bed sitting in the living room- this layout has privacy for bedroom and for living room guests. Quiet unit adjacent fire escape. Granite countertops in bathroom and in kitchen. Wood floors in living room/kitchen and brand new carpet in bedroom. Close to MARTA and perfect for Tech student or professionals who work in one of the many office buildings nearby. Starbucks across the street and this is on one of the highest floors with outstanding views. I don't think you will find a better place in a better building in a better part of Midtown at a better price than this apartment.
