Regarding Pets kept in Cages, Tanks/Aquariums (if less than 5 gallons in size, no deposit). We will require a photograph of the Pet, and animal has to be current on shots if applicable, etc. Companion, Support,, and Service Animals are not considered to be Pets, we will need a valid Doctor's Note or Certificate on such. As we consider the yard to be common area, you cannot maintain an animal on the exterior. Mandatory Renter's Insurance- We do require payment of Mandatory Renter's Insurance (added $15 monthly for just liability coverage for the Unit only) or you can provide Proof of a Policy, but it has to cover $100,000 liability and name the Property and Management Company as interested parties, or you are charged the $15.
