Hey! We are looking to sublet our 1 Bed/1 Bath apartment located in the Windscape of Naperville complex. Apartment includes remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors, carpeted bedroom, walk in closet, full sized washer and dryer and a fireplace. Windscape does allow up to 2 pets with no weight limit! A credit check and application is necessary along with a 400 deposit. Rent is $1,147 per month and pet rent is $20 per pet per month. We did pay a full moth's rent as a deposit so that will be returned to you at the end of the lease minus any repairs that the complex needs to make to the apartment so you will probably end up making money! Our lease ends at the end of May 2016 so you will be able to extend at that point or decide not to.
