We have two floor plans priced from $1200 to $1500, depending on size and floor. The apartments boast a fully-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, built-in microwave, disposal, refrigerator, gas stove and abundant cabinet space. The kitchen overlooks the living room in the open floor plan with a bar-height counter-top separating the spaces. The wood-planked hardwood-styled floors extend from these rooms into the two bedrooms, one that has a remote-controlled ceiling fan. Both rooms are of equal size for a great roommate situation. The bathroom is a tiled floor with tile accents on the wall, a vessel sink and under-lit mirrored medicine cabinet. With the million-plus dollar renovation, we were sure to include new electrical and plumbing services, eco-friendly flooring materials and water-saving fixtures without compromising some classic features such as the coved-ceilings. Outside of your meticulously upgraded apartment home comes beautiful and worthwhile common areas. The building is a secured entry with coded front door which calls your cell phone for guest entry and a coded back door entrance. There is a gracious patio with outdoor gas grill. Pet owners delight with a secured off-leash area for your dogs to do their business. The building and grounds are all designated smoke-free. And we have recycling service if that is important to you (it is to us!). Finally, you have access to off-street covered parking in our carport (extra charge) if available. At this time, we do have a waiting list for a carport space but on-street parking is available in the neighborhood and typically rotates well enough to park close by and save a few bucks doing so. Within the building there is on-site laundry (newer, high-efficiency machines), extra storage lockers and complimentary Internet access. Utilities (except electricity) are billed at a flat rate of $75/month - (water, trash, sewer, gas and heat). As mentioned, we are a pet-friendly building. The pet policy is that your dog or cat must be current on all shots, well cared for, used to living in an apartment home setting and extremely well-behaved. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet rent of $30. Applications are done online, accessed from our website, and processed quickly and on a first-come first-served basis.
