Notable details include a working gas stove-top fireplace, 2 full sized modernized bathrooms, new chef's kitchen with real hood, stainless appliances & dishwasher, large island, roughly 18ft high ceiling, over-sized windows, central air (and some free heat actually), in-unit separate washing & drying machine, and more then enough closet space. This home is as unique as they come, and is housed in Greenpoint's historic updated structure just across the street from the Church on Manhattan Avenue, by Greenpoint Avenue.
