Master has super comfortable Kin bed, Guest bedroom has same matress brand, Queen size. Laundry room is on 1st floor across from elevator. Very friendly community, our previous renters loved it there. They decided to buy a place on the water. We don't live in Dunedin so we will need to schedule an appointment to view the condo. Available for rent September 1st to Dec. 30th. HOA requires 4 month minimum lease, so I've shown unit available Sept. 1st, but actually October 1st. May have to write the lease for 4 months but will only charge for 3. So Oct 1 to Dec 30, need a day to have cleaned for next tenant. Please call with any questions.
