Hey there! I am posting my apartment on behalf of my landlord. This place is incredible. I have to leave suddenly for personal health reasons and we are looking to get someone in here ASAP, but are flexible and can wait until the end of February/March if necessary. The address is 8612 Germantown Ave in Chestnut Hill. This part of Germantown Ave is amazing, with plenty of stores, shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. It is located above Hideaway Music in Chestnut Hill. It is on the 3rd floor. You have only one neighbor who is very considerate and quiet. The second floor of the building is occupied by an office, and is also very quiet. The front door is passcode protected. PARKING IS FREE behind the building. Additionally, the train station is less than 100 yards away, as is the bus station! This place is incredible and has been an amazing apartment. The landlord is very considerate, as are his employees who upkeep the unit. I have never had to wait more than one hour to have someone at the place if I needed them (for example, I have locked myself out twice and never had to wait more than 20 minutes for help) About the apartment: - Hardwood floors - Amazing natural light - In unit (brand new) washer and dryer - Full wall of shelving - 2 large bedroom closets - 1 living room closet - Bathtub and shower - Dishwasher - AC/Heat - Very inexpensive utilities (electric was very cheap, as was heat since the second floor office's heat tends to travel up during the winter) - Quiet - Spacious - Free parking - Very safe neighborhood - Well behaved dogs/cats allowed! - Roof access - Trash/recycling included $1100 / month + utilities I am the previous tenant (Larissa).
